Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases of alcoholic products from our website.
1) 21+ SIGNATURE REQUIRED
All alcohol shipments require:
- Adult signature (21+)
- Valid government-issued photo ID
Alcohol will not be left unattended. If no eligible recipient is available, the carrier will attempt re-delivery or return the package per their policy.
2) WHERE WE SHIP
Alcohol shipping is subject to federal, state, and local laws.
We only ship to locations where alcohol delivery is permitted. If your address is in a restricted area, we may cancel your order and notify you.
3) PROCESSING & HANDLING TIME
Orders are typically processed within [2-3 business days] after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and holidays).
Processing times may increase during high-volume periods or due to supply availability.
4) SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Carrier delays due to weather, peak seasons, or service disruptions are outside our control.
5) ADDRESS ACCURACY (IMPORTANT)
You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an order is shipped to an address provided incorrectly by the customer:
- the order is not refundable
- you may be responsible for re-delivery fees and/or return shipping fees
6) FAILED DELIVERY / RETURNED PACKAGES
If delivery fails due to any of the following:
- no 21+ recipient available
- ID cannot be verified
- recipient refuses delivery
- carrier cannot complete delivery
the package may be returned, held, or disposed of per carrier policy and applicable law.
All sales are final. Returned/failed deliveries are not eligible for refunds. Any re-shipping (if permitted) will require additional fees.
7) SHIPPING FEES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
Any additional fees related to re-delivery, address corrections, or returns are the customer’s responsibility.
8) DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives visibly damaged:
- Take clear photos of the box and product immediately
- Contact us within [24–48 hours] of delivery at hello.drinkwithpride@gmail.com
We will review and may assist with filing a carrier claim where applicable. Carrier rules may require specific documentation and timelines.
9) LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, we are not responsible for theft.
If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will help you start a carrier investigation when possible.
10) TEMPERATURE & PRODUCT CONDITION
Alcohol may be affected by temperature during transit. By ordering, you acknowledge:
- we are not responsible for temperature-related changes during shipping
- delivery should be scheduled to avoid extreme heat/cold exposure whenever possible
