  • taste preference

  • missed delivery/failed ID verification
  • carrier delays

6) SHIPPING, RISK OF LOSS & CARRIER DELAYS

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Once an order is transferred to the carrier, delays, damage, or loss become the responsibility of the carrier.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or legal restrictions.

Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not refundable.
